Returns & Exchanges at DARLIN' Apparel & Accessories

We want you to love your DARLIN' pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
